How we ended up with our first bit of something something.

And so goes the story of why we ended up buying our first bit of anything together.
I think the variations sum us up pretty well.
Mel holds the key to logic, patience, and understanding in our partnership, and me well, I can admit I am not so graced with any of those things but I am creative and a slight risk taker.
Either way, like many of our adventures we embark on together we may have different reasons and motives behind a decision, but the decisions (well big ones anyway) are quite remarkably always on the same page.

So here we are starting up a blog of our next adventure MOTI (one). A little parcel of land on the most incredible little island Bruny Island , Tasmania, Australia.
Our dream. To build something on the plot that is low impact, full of the goodness of sustainability, and awareness of the world around us.
The journey, from concept to realisation for each of the pieces of this challenge will be documented by Mel and I. Hopefully it may help others who are tackling similar dreams or at least give them a giggle at the challenges we may face.
Let the adventure begin.
